We are looking for a phenomenal designer and leader to join our crew. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director to spearhead advertising design efforts of Stampin’ Up! for both print and online. You will lead and mentor a talented team of designers in creating websites, magazines, and marketing pieces that are seen around the globe. 
Here you’ll produce a variety of design projects relating to events and printed catalogs, as well as create materials that are consistent with the company brand and that market events and products effectively and creatively.
Responsible for all inventory forecasting and planning activities for foreign and domestic markets and products. Works with Product Management, Promotions, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and other teams to create an inventory plan that avoids backorders and maximizes inventory turns. Manage the Forecasting and Inventory Planning teams. Full responsibility for keeping service levels high and obsolescence low. Function as a member of the Supply Chain Management Team.
Contribute to the development, implementation, tracking, and evaluation of effectiveness of marketing strategies worldwide that will drive new customers and increase revenue. Represent the marketing department and the demonstrator while participating on cross-functional teams.
Unify Stampin’ Up!’s global product strategy and execution by combing insights and feedback from the sales leadership team and other collaborative partners, demonstrators, customers, and prospects; set the strategic vision; and lead the execution for product releases and product innovations. Lead product planning team to develop annual product roadmaps, product positioning documents, master item lists, and S&OP forecasts. Guide product management and sourcing/development teams ensuring proactive and strategic ongoing management of Stampin’ Up!’s global product offering to meet revenue and profitability goals. Manage product mix, excess, and growth while consistently partnering with stakeholders throughout the business to address opportunities, challenges, and problems.
