Dress Up a Gift Card with Photopolymer Stamps

Who doesn’t like to receive a gift card? And they are a super-easy gift to give. Add a cute gift card holder and a touch of sarcasm and you’ve got a really swell gift.

I’m loving the new photopolymer Bombs Away Birthday Stamp Set (item 133411). The funny, quirky sentiments are perfect for the cards I send to all my crazy friends. The totally clear photopolymer images make stamping greetings a breeze. Remember, this set is only available while supplies last, so order it today!

To make the gift card holder:

  1. Go to the store and choose a gift card. (Don’t forget to spend an extra two seconds!)

  2. Take a 4" x 4" piece of cardstock, fold it in half, and lay your gift card inside.

  3. Use your Bone Folder to score the cardstock on the two outer edges of the gift card.

  4. Using your Paper Trimmer, continue your score line with the cutting blade, creating two scored edges and two edges that are cut off.

  5. Add a little Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the flaps and fold them inward.

  6. Close the gift card holder on top of the glue and hold for a few moments to dry. That’s it! You are ready to decorate!

Happy Stampin’!
